Most apps ask you to submit a request and then wait, because they hold a copy of your data on a server somewhere. SW4K PLAY doesn't work that way — it has no backend, no account system, and no server that stores anything about you. Everything the app knows lives entirely on your own device, so deleting it is something you can do yourself, instantly, without asking anyone.
Open SW4K PLAY, go to Settings → Manage Accounts, select the account you want to remove, and confirm. This deletes that account's profile details from the app's local database and removes its password from your device's secure credential storage, immediately — nothing is queued or delayed.
Uninstall SW4K PLAY the same way you'd uninstall any app on your device (Android: long-press the icon → Uninstall, or via Settings → Apps; Windows: Settings → Apps, or the uninstaller in the Start Menu). This removes every saved account, favorite, continue-watching position, parental control setting, and preference along with the app itself.
Deleted, in both cases above: profile names, server addresses, usernames, securely-stored passwords, favorites, continue-watching/resume positions, parental control settings and PIN, and app preferences.
Not affected, because SW4K PLAY never had it: anything held by the IPTV or M3U service you connected to — that data belongs to and is controlled by that service's own provider, not SmartWorld4K. If you want that deleted too, you'll need to contact your IPTV/playlist provider directly.
Email support@sw4k.smartcloud247.com and we'll help, though for the reasons above there usually isn't anything left on our end to act on beyond what's described here.
